Rude People

Ok, so I work at a restaurant called Noodles & Company.  It's actually a really fun place to work and I love all of the people that work there.  I've worked in customer service since I was 15 and it's not half bad until you get the unnecessary...rude people.  Let's be honest, how big of a deal is it that we forgot to give you extra dressing on the side OR that it's a little to warm in our restaurant? They act like these minor incoveniences are the end of the world and they decide to be total jerks about it! Maybe it's just me, but I've never found the need to be rude to people like that. Not getting an extra napkin isn't going to kill you...I promise.  I really want to tell those people to turn on the news and listen to how much crime, deaths, and natural disasters there are in the world today and then ask them where their napkin fits into all of this! There lives could be a whole lot worse and if the only thing they can complain about is how they didn't get everything handed perfectly to them, then I'd say they've got it made. For goodness sakes...
