observation
Her fingers floated weightlessly over the piano keys as she played our accompaniment. Energy poured through her finger tips as the melody filled the auditorium. It seemed effortless how she played with such emotion and passion. It was conert Sunday and Mrs. Arishina had been practicing and preparing for this performance for weeks. So much pressure lies on the hands of an accompanist during a choir concert because they must know and play the music flawlessly. Although she may have felt the pressure, she never showed it. With each song, her hands approached the piano with such confidence and strength. She was a professional and her playing clearly portrayed that. Music was her passion, her life, and we all appreciated being able to perform alongside such an amazing musician.
